Children aged 6 to 18 years derive numerous benefits from a wide array of dance classes, including Acro, Ballet, Cheer, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Stretch, and Tap. Acro classes develop flexibility, strength, and balance, enhancing physical prowess. Ballet fosters grace, discipline, and posture, building a strong foundation for dance technique. Cheer classes cultivate teamwork, energy, and precision through routines. Contemporary dance encourages self-expression and emotional connection to movement. Hip Hop, Jazz, and Tap classes promote rhythm, style, and versatility in dance. Musical Theatre combines acting and dance skills, boosting confidence on stage. Stretch classes improve flexibility and prevent injury. Collectively, these classes nurture fitness, artistry, self-esteem, and camaraderie.
6+ Year Olds
Acro combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatics and artistic gymnastics. Used in professional productions such as Cirque du Soleil, emphasis is placed on extensive conditioning and stretching as well as strength training. We follow the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus and students have the opportunity to participate in acro exams.
6 - 14+ Year Olds
Led by instructors who are trained and certified under the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), ballet emphasizes discipline and technique allowing students to develop flexibility, strength, and turnout. Students will strengthen their posture, alignment, and technique for all other dance disciplines. Students have the opportunity to participate in ballet exams.
6 - 13+ Year Olds
This is a high energy dance class! Our program integrates dance and pom. Students will learn arm motions, proper posture, jumps and kicks, side-line cheers, dances, and tumbling / tricks.
6 - 16+ Year Olds
Contemporary classes include improvisation, rhythm, creativity, and technique while developing the dancer’s natural style. This class has the technicality of ballet but with a broader artistic expression, and can inspire dancers whether they are 7 or 16.
6-14+ Year Olds
This is a fun upbeat dance class. Hip hop classes incorporate various styles like lockin’, poppin’, break dancing, house, and video styling. This is one of the fastest growing forms of dance, and one that will add some seriously cool moves to your dance repertoire.
6 - 13+ Year Olds
Our jazz program is based on the Associated Dance Arts for Professional Teachers (ADAPT) syllabus and the latest street styles of dance. Instructors are trained and certified under the ADAPT syllabus and are ready to teach students how to develop muscle strength and stamina, flexibility, and technique in this high energy environment. Students have the opportunity to participate in jazz exams.
7-10+ Year Olds
Our Musical Theatre program integrates drama, dance, singing, and improvisation in a fun and creative class. From costumes and characters to props and performances, this is one class where students truly get to show their star potential.
6 - 13+ Year Olds
Move, stretch, and repeat! This kinesiology-based class teaches students the anatomy of the body and how muscles and bones work together when they move. Fun, educational and an important part of their dance, students will also increase their cardio fitness and flexibility.

Using tap shoes as a percussive instrument, tap dancing is a huge part of musical theatre, including Broadway. Our program follows the Associated Dance Arts for Professional Teachers (ADAPT) syllabus which emphasizes rhythm, coordination, and musicality while using the feet to make sounds. Students have the opportunity to participate in tap exams.
